Amy Rosenfeld is a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams® Realty representing both home buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia.   In addition to her own experience as a real estate investor, Ms. Rosenfeld also brings over ten years experience in marketing and business management to the real estate profession.

Technical Writer – McLean, Virginia
Technical Writer and Document Manager specializing in the U.S. Defense Acquisition Process.  Supported the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Business Sourcing Environment (DBSE) study team in its Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) to determine the recommended alternative to support the future of DoD Sourcing for a Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) decision.  The results of the AoA, along with other appropriate documentation, assessed technologies, technology maturity, technical risk, technology forecasts and demonstration needs, and provided the basis for the Technology Development Strategy (TDS) that upon successful Milestone decision, will proceed from the Concept Refinement Phase into the Technology Development Phase (TDP).  Wrote and/or coordinated technical content development of ~12 documents included as part of the AoA.  Assisted in presentation and communication of study findings before various government and military advisory boards, as well as Deputy Directors of the U.S. Department of Defense.   
  
Proposal Manager – Lanham, Maryland 
Proposal manager of a Business Management and Consulting firm servicing clients in the government and military sectors.  Managed and/or coordinated numerous government proposal and task order competition initiatives for DHS, DHS-FEMA, DOC, DOD, DOT, FAA, FDA, HHS, NASA, OPM, and USDA.  Established processes to facilitate proposal and presentation development to clearly define company differentiators; ensure overall message delivery; and guarantee continuity, logic and organization of the documents.  Design and developed databases to retain past performance data and track proposal win/loss ratios. 
 
Operations Manager – Vienna, Virginia
Responsible for implementing strategic operational functions of a 300+ person training/multi-media company servicing both public and private sector clients in the areas of customized courseware development and human capital management.   Worked with executive management in establishing marketing verticals and developing the strategies necessary to target these markets. Managed multiple tradeshows including design and development of marketing collateral, event promotion, booth staffing, and post-event marketing.  Led a three-month effort in design, development, population, and implementation of a corporate Intranet for 300+ users in four locations.  Led dual initiative to develop and implement a corporate-wide inventory tracking and requisition procedure and forged major account alliance with an office supply vendor saving $15,000.
